What is the flow of the selection process?

The selection process proceeds as shown below.

1.Fill in required information on the job-placement information website.
2.Participate in the company information session conductedby MORESCO.
3.Participate in the Head Office and R&D Center tour (including an aptitude test).
4.Screening of resume and other application Documents.
5.First interview.
6.Second interview by executive officer.
7.Third interview by the president.
8.Job offer.

How does one participate in the company information session?

First, visit the job-placement information website My Navi. You will then be informed of a schedule of the company information session by a recruiter. Make an appointment for the desired date, time and location.

What is the schedule for the company information session?

Do you pay transportation costs?

Approximate transportation costs are paid from the second interview onwards.

When approximately are assignments decided?

2 months before joining the company.

Is there anything that needs to be done between the informal decision to hire and actual hiring by the company?

Prospective employees will receive training materials before joining the company, which should be carefully read. A one-day study meeting is scheduled to be held in October, which requires the attendance of prospective employees. There is nothing else in particular besides this.
